Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my progress?

Go to Settings → Start Over. This resets your scores and medals but keeps your credits and skins. Your old scores remain on the leaderboard under an anonymous name.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your personal data. Your scores remain on the leaderboard under an anonymous name. Note: purchased skins cannot be recovered after deletion.

I lost my progress after reinstalling. Can I recover it?

Unfortunately, not at this time. Your data is stored on our servers, but your account is tied to a unique ID saved on your device. Uninstalling removes that ID, and there is currently no login system to reconnect you to your account after reinstall. We hope to add account recovery in a future update.

How do I unlock Super Mode?

Super Mode unlocks automatically once you reach the score threshold in Classic Mode. Keep playing and it will unlock when you hit the required score.

How does the daily challenge work?

A new challenge is available every day at midnight PST. Each day has a unique letter set and a separate leaderboard. You can play each daily challenge once.

How do I rename my player?

Go to Settings → Rename. Names must be 3–13 alphanumeric characters. Renaming is limited to once every 30 days.
